Krystel El Hajj’s practice is related to all aspects of corporate law. She regularly advises a wide range of companies on commercial law and contracts. She assists clients regarding taxation issues with a focus on tax structuring. Krystel handles civil, commercial, labor lawsuits and tax cases before the Lebanese Courts. She is also a lecturer in taxation law at Saint Joseph University (Beirut). Krystel joined the firm in 2007 and has been a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2008. She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Saint Joseph University (Beirut), in 2007. She holds a master degree (Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies) in general private law from the same university.
