Fadi Mahfouz is a graduate from USEK with a Bachelor’s degree in Lebanese and French law. He also holds a Master’s degree in international law from NDU. Fadi was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2003. He has more than 14 years of experience in civil litigation, arbitration, corporate and public law and international transaction. Acting as a senior associate at HBDT law firm since 2005, his responsibilities include long and short-term consultancies and legal advices on: public and administrative law, criminal law, banking law, mergers & acquisitions, commercial arbitration, civil law, educational law, labor law, intellectual property, unions, syndicates, and other issues. Preparation and treatment of law cases. Fadi is also the legal counselor of the Lebanese Teachers Union branch in Mount Lebanon and is currently working with the Word Bank on investment and business reports. Fadi also holds a certificate in Professional Practice of Mediation from Université Saint Joseph (USJ), Beirut.
